Louise is an educationalist with over 20 years experience. She is a National Leader of Education, an active OFSTED Additional Inspector since 2014 and has had considerable leadership experience as a Head teacher in three different primary schools, one having been judged in its latest inspection as outstanding in all areas.
She is an inspriational, enthusiastic leader, who embraces the evolving education policy landscape. Louise is currently undertaking the role of an Executive Head teacher for 2 schools while leading the strategic direction of Warrington Teaching School Alliance and CEO of Warrington Primary Academy Trust.
Her specific areas of expertise are within KS1 and KS2 in schools that have significant socio economic barriers. Louise's chief impact has been to improve the life-chances of pupils in her charge, especially disadvantaged pupils, through her belief in high expectations and teams of dedicated teachers, producing excellence in educational attainment. She has grasped opportunities for innovation in teaching and learning and has supported colleagues and headteachers alike in achieving outcomes, in which children perform above their age-related expectations
